Building on its strong growth momentum over the past four years, Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Business has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art 3S dealership in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Operated by Sri Selvi Motors Pvt. Ltd., the facility features 12 service bays and is capable of servicing over 15 vehicles per day. The dealership also offers driver lodging, 24×7 breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability to ensure enhanced customer support and uptime.

Speaking on the occasion, Vinod Sahay said, “We are delighted to inaugurate our new dealership in Chennai with Sri Selvi Motors Pvt. Ltd. Together, Mahindra Trucks and Buses and SML now have a combined network of over 200 3S dealerships and more than 400 secondary service touchpoints across India, enabling us to deliver world-class customer care. With nearly 7 percent market share in trucks and buses, the Mahindra Group today commands a 24 percent share in the I&LCV bus segment. We aim to grow this to 10–12 percent by FY31 and over 20 percent by FY36.”

Mahindra’s commercial vehicle range including BLAZO X, FURIO, OPTIMO, and JAYO continues to stand out with its dual service guarantees. Under this commitment, vehicles are assured to be back on the road within 48 hours, failing which customers receive compensation of Rs. 1,000 per day. Additionally, authorized workshops guarantee a turnaround time of 36 hours, with compensation of Rs. 3,000 per day in case of delays.
