bays to impart quick and efficient service to its customers. - The New Dealership is fully geared to offer sales, spares, and service to the entire range of
vehicles – HCVs, ICVs, LCVs and Buses. - MTB has rapidly expanded its after sales service and spares network which now includes 88 of 3S dealerships, 180+ Authorized Service Centres, 80+ Mahindra Customer Care Centres, 2000+ Spares retailers and 200+ Mobile Service vans as roadside assistance points supported with 22 exclusive M-Parts Plazas outlets. The company also has India’s first multi-lingual helpline, NOW 24×7, which is manned by technical experts to provide instant support to customers. The NOW mobile service vans
and mobile workshops further add to the reach and agility of the support network.
After achieving a robust volume growth over the past 4 years,Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Business today inaugurated its state-of-the-art 3S dealership in Bengaluru, Karnataka. With 9 service bays, the facility can service more than 8 vehicles per day while also providing driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance and AdBlue availability.
