CNH (NYSE: CNH) has announced a revitalized Global Leadership Team (GLT) to enhance the implementation of its strategic goals, driving long-term, profitable growth in the Agriculture sector. The Construction segment will now function as an independent business unit within CNH, enjoying increased autonomy.
The newly formed GLT, effective from August 1, is structured within a streamlined matrix and includes top industry experts from within the company. Their extensive internal and industry knowledge will be pivotal in executing CNH’s strategic plans. All roles will report directly to the CEO.
Segment Leaders
- Gerrit Marx will lead the Agriculture segment as CEO of CNH, assuming additional responsibilities from his previous role. Marx returns to CNH, succeeding Scott Wine.
- Humayun Chishti takes on the role of President, Construction. Chishti has been with CNH since 2002, previously serving as the Finance Business Partner for Construction.
- Douglas MacLeod is confirmed as President, Financial Services, bringing over 15 years of experience with CNH.
Regional Leaders
- Vilmar Fistarol, with over 30 years at CNH, continues as President, North America.
- Carlo Alberto Sisto, who joined CNH in 1998, remains President, EMEA.
- Rafael Miotto, with over 20 years at CNH, continues as President, Latin America.
- Luca Mainardi, previously China Country Manager, is now President, Asia Pacific (excluding India).
- Narinder Mittal is appointed as President, India, recognising the country’s growing strategic importance.
Functional Leaders
- Stefano Pampalone, previously leading Construction, is now Agriculture Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing global commercial strategy.
- Oddone Incisa, with over 25 years at CNH, remains Chief Financial Officer.
- Jay Schroeder, with 30 years of R&D experience, is appointed Chief Technology Officer.
- Carlos Santiago is Chief Manufacturing Officer and will also manage the CNH Business System.
- Tom Verbaeten, with CNH since 1994, continues as Chief Supply Chain Officer.
- Chun Woytera transitions to Chief Quality & Customer Advocacy Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer.
- Kelly Manley, joining in 2021, is confirmed as Chief Human Resources Officer.
- Roberto Russo, with over 35 years at CNH, remains Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.
The Internal Audit function, led by Glenn Robertson, reports directly to the Audit Committee of the CNH Board.
CEO Gerrit Marx expressed confidence in the new leadership team’s ability to deliver exceptional products and services, enhancing customer experiences. Marx also highlighted the company’s commitment to quality and innovation, looking forward to unveiling an updated strategic plan at the Investor Day in early 2025.
