5 New Dealerships Inaugrated at Jhansi, Ghaziabad, Raipur, Bharuch and Kadappa

After a robust 4-year CAGR growth of 46% in business volume for F’24, Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) inaugurated five state-of-the-art dealerships in July, spread across four states in India. These new facilities add 37 service bays capable of servicing over 75 vehicles per day, and also offer driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Jalaj Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Vehicles, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, said, “MTBD has a strong presence in the Indian CV market, having already secured the No. 3 position in numerous sectors and markets. We are confident that the addition of these 5 new dealerships to our network will expand our reach, providing better servicing options and increased uptime for our customers’ fleets. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to delivering innovative and efficient transportation solutions to our esteemed customers.”

Mr. Gupta also highlighted their vehicles’ superior technological prowess, introducing the new mileage guarantee, “Zyada Mileage Nahin toh Truck Wapas,” for the BS6 OBD II range of trucks. This initiative promises unmatched value by increasing profitability for transporters. He added that these state-of-the-art 3S facilities, along with strong dealer partners, will set high customer service standards and further expand the MTBD business.

Mahindra BLAZO X, FURIO, OPTIMO, and JAYO are the only commercial truck ranges in India that offer double service guarantees, including best-in-class fuel efficiency. MTBD also guarantees uptime on its breakdown service, promising to get the truck back on the road within 48 hours, or the company will pay the customer ₹1,000 per day. Additionally, they guarantee a vehicle turnaround within 36 hours at the dealer workshop, or the company will pay ₹3,000 per day. Continuous product innovation and customer centricity are at the core of MTBD, making these guarantees possible.
