Gainwell Trucking Private Limited (GTPL) has reported strong growth momentum over the past six months, deploying 320 heavy-duty mining trucks across key industrial and mining regions in India. The performance underscores rising demand in the country’s mining and infrastructure sectors and reinforces the company’s expanding presence in mine logistics.

With this addition, GTPL’s active machine population has crossed 2,000 units nationwide, reflecting a steadily growing installed base that demands robust aftermarket and service support.

The surge in sales follows the company’s partnership with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), under which GTPL became an authorised channel partner for BharatBenz mining trucks in April 2025. Demand has been driven largely by coal mining operations, infrastructure development projects, and aggregate transportation, particularly across West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and select northern and northeastern markets.

To support its growing footprint, the company inaugurated eight new facilities in 2025 across Noida, Ahmedabad, Singrauli, Durgapur, Dhanbad, Jharsuguda, Anuppur, and Talcher. Spread over more than 35,000 sq. ft., these centres function as integrated hubs offering sales, service, spare parts, and customer engagement support.

GTPL has also announced two upcoming locations in Hazaribagh and Barbil, aimed at strengthening coverage in critical mining clusters. Additionally, its flagship Asansol facility expected to be operational this quarter will house advanced repair workshops and a comprehensive parts inventory, positioning it as a full-scale service ecosystem.

Workforce expansion forms a key part of the company’s growth roadmap. GTPL currently employs 150 professionals and plans to add 100 more employees in 2026 to strengthen service responsiveness and equipment uptime across its expanding network.

Deepak Jolly, Whole Time Director & CEO, Gainwell Trucking Private Limited, said the company’s recent performance reflects strong customer trust and operational commitment. He emphasised that network and workforce expansion will further enhance on-ground presence and service reliability.

Surabhi Chaturvedi, Director Operations, added that the company is focused on building a technology-enabled service ecosystem with predictive maintenance capabilities aimed at reducing downtime and improving total cost of ownership for customers.

With infrastructure development accelerating and mining activity remaining resilient, the heavy commercial vehicle segment continues to show positive demand trends. Gainwell Trucking appears strategically positioned to capitalise on these opportunities through its growing product portfolio, expanded service footprint, and established presence in demanding operating environments.
