JK Tyre completes Kesoram tyre plant acquisition

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. (JK Tyre) and JK Asia Pacific (S) Pte Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of JK Tyre, have completed the acquisition of Cavendish Industries Ltd.
