Tata Motors has opened a commercial vehicle dealership at Agartala. It is a 3S facility with sales, service and spares under the same roof. Called Progressive Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., the dealership at Agartala is one of the five new touch points that Tata Motors will inaugurate in the North East during the current year, and is located at the strategic Nagichrra Bypass Road. With 11 workshop bays in addition to two accident bays that are staffed by professionally trained technicians, the dealership has the capacity to handle over 30 vehicles per day. Equipped with dedicated express service bays, driver and technicians’ rest rooms, an environmental friendly water conversation equipment treatment plant (ETP), Wi-Fi connectivity, ample service parking and specialised vehicle display areas, the dealership, according to Ravi Pisharody, Executive Director —Commercial Vehicles, Tata Motors, reflects upon the customer centric approach, and is part of the exercise to redesign the dealer network.
