SML Mahindra Limited marked a major milestone with its First Annual Dealer Conference, held from 7-10 November 2025 at the elegant Sheraton Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. Bringing together 110 dealer partners from across India, the four-day event served as a high-impact forum for strategic planning, inspiring dialogue, and the unveiling of the company’s Annual Business Plan.

The conference opened with an insightful address by Prashant Kumar, Chief General Manager – Marketing, who reflected on last year’s innovation-driven theme of Drive Change, Ignite Innovation and introduced the new guiding philosophy for the year ahead: “Shaping New Heights – #GrowthAtScale.”
Setting the strategic tone, Mr. Vinod Sahay, Executive Chairman, delivered the keynote address, outlining SML Mahindra’s long-term vision and its alignment with the Mahindra Group. He reaffirmed the company’s dedication to driving leadership in specialized mobility solutions and contributing meaningfully to sustainable, inclusive growth.

Dr. Venkat Srinivas, ED & CEO of SML Mahindra Ltd., shared the FY25–26 strategic roadmap, reaffirming Mahindra Group’s commitment to the SML business. He highlighted last year’s key achievements and the growing MTB–SML synergies set to enhance efficiency, manufacturing, and customer experience.
Adding a commercial lens, Mr. Prashant Kumar returned for an in-depth session on sales strategies, fostering an engaging dialogue with the dealers on strengthening market presence and accelerating target achievement. He encouraged all channel partners to continue elevating their performance, emphasizing the untapped growth potential that lies ahead.

A forward-looking highlight of the conference was the session by Ritesh Agarwal, Chief Operating Officer and Plant Head, who focused on production excellence and future-readiness. He also shared an exciting preview of SM Mahindra’s upcoming product portfolio, underscoring the company’s expanding ambitions in the mobility space.

The event closed with an interactive Q&A session, where SML’s senior leadership addressed key questions and offered perspectives on the company’s growth trajectory and The evening event culminated in a celebratory awards ceremony honoring outstanding achievements by dealers and the employees followed by gala dinner.
