Mahindra’s Truck and Bus division has expanded its service and retail network in Haryana with the launch of a new 3S dealership in Hisar. Operated by M/s J K Automart, the facility is designed to support growing customer demand in the region and strengthen Mahindra’s footprint across key commercial vehicle corridors.

The new outlet is equipped with five service bays and has the capacity to handle more than six vehicles per day. It also offers driver lodging, 24/7 breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability, positioning it as a full-service support point for truck and bus operators in and around Hisar.

Speaking at the inauguration, Vinod Sahay, President – Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment, Mahindra, said, “M/s J K Automart becomes the 97th dealership of Mahindra Trucks and Buses. Together with SML, we now have 203 dealerships, 137 2S outlets and 273 authorised workshops across the country. Our network expansion reflects our commitment to providing world-class support to our customers.”

He added that Mahindra currently holds around 7% market share in trucks and buses and 24% share in I&LCV buses, with targets to grow share to 10–12% by FY31 and over 20% by FY36.

Dr. Venkat Srinivas, Business Head – Mahindra Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment, noted the company’s continued emphasis on customer-focused offerings.

“Customer-centricity drives our product and service strategy. Whether it’s the guaranteed higher mileage across our portfolio, our iMAXX telematics suite that gives operators real-time visibility, or our expanding after-sales infrastructure, our goal is to deliver the best ownership experience in the commercial vehicle sector.”

Mahindra’s truck range, BLAZO X, FURIO, OPTIMO and JAYO is differentiated by the company’s double service guarantees. These include:

  • 48-hour back-on-road guarantee, with ₹1,000/day compensation if the promise is not met
  • 36-hour dealer workshop turnaround guarantee, with ₹3,000/day compensation if delayed

These guarantees, backed by telematics and growing service capacity, reflect the company’s focus on uptime and predictable operating costs for fleet owners.

The new Hisar dealership strengthens Mahindra’s service accessibility in northern India and aligns with the company’s long-term plan to scale its presence in the medium and heavy commercial vehicle market.
