Lumax Industries Limited, a leading Tier-1 manufacturer of automotive lighting systems and components, announces a significant leadership transition. Mr. Vishnu Johri, the outgoing CEO, is stepping down for personal reasons, effective June 30, 2024. Taking over the reins as CEO will be Mr. Raju B. Ketkale, currently serving as Executive Director at Lumax Industries. The company is committed to ensuring a seamless transition during this period.

Mr. Ketkale brings over three decades of industry experience, having held various strategic positions throughout his career, most notably as Executive Vice President-Manufacturing and Board Member at Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKML). He joined the Lumax Group in October 2023 as Executive Director of Manufacturing and Corporate Functions, swiftly becoming well-acquainted with the company’s operations.
