BharatBenz Rakshana is an uptime assurance program launched by Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), a subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG, to enhance business profitability for customers who own BharatBenz trucks and buses. The program assures that the vehicles will be serviced and delivered within 48 hours at authorized service centres located across India. If the service or repair takes more than 48 hours, customers will be compensated as per the terms and conditions of the program. The program covers scheduled services, running repairs, or vehicle breakdown cases. The objective of the program is to enhance customer service and commitment to customers’ business productivity and profitability. DICV plans to increase the number of touchpoints and service bays by around 15% by the end of 2023 to address the growing customer base across India.
