VECV divests stake in US subsidiary

Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV) has divested its entire stake in its US-based subsidiary. Eicher Engineering Solutions, to Spain’s SegulaTecnologias Espana for a sum of USD 1.85 million.
