Tata Motors will hold a nation-wide free service camp for its CV customers as part of the National Customer Care day celebrations on October 23, 2018. The company celebrates the customer care day every year as the day when it got its first customer quite some decades ago. Expressing gratitude towards its customers every year, the company, this year, as part of the celebration, will hold a nation-wide free service camp ‘Grahak Seva Mahotsav’ for all its CV customers across the country. The unique customer-centric initiative was held across 1500 plus Tata Motors workshops between October 23 and 29, 2018. Tata CV owners can avail of attractive discounts on spare parts, labour and profile engine purchases. As part of the ‘Grahak Samvaad’ campaign scheduled between October 24 and October 31, 2018, Tata Motors will additionally hold meetings with its CV customers and fleet owners to educate them about the innovative offerings of the company.
