TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited celebrated a significant achievement by reaching the milestone of assembling 500,000 CKD kits for TVS Motor Company at its Hosur facility. With a focus on precision and efficiency, their 1,50,000 sq. ft warehouse ensures flawless dispatches and parts compatibility. Since achieving their initial milestone of 100,000 CKD kits in July 2022, the company has consistently added one lakh kits to their tally every five months, showcasing a commitment to growth and reliability.

Ravi Viswanathan, Managing Director of TVS Supply Chain Solutions, attributed this success to their digital capabilities and adaptability, which have allowed them to meet evolving customer needs seamlessly. Their CKD kits serve TVS Motor’s export markets in Asia and Africa, with a strong emphasis on achieving zero defects through modern technology integration.

Employing 220 personnel, including 30 women, in various production roles underscores their commitment to diversity and skilled employment.
