Sanghvi Movers has placed an order for seven Demag CC 3800-1 lattice boom crawler cranes. A deal in this regard was signed by Chris Sanghvi, Chairman & Managing Director, Sanghvi Movers, and by Steve Filipov, President, Terex Cranes, in Pune. Also present on the occasion were Norbert Dudek, Vice President and General Manager, Terex Cranes Asia, and Saeesh Nevrekar, Director Sales & Services Operations – Terex Cranes India. Sanghvi Movers plans to employ the CC 3800-1 lattice boom crawler cranes for the installation of wind turbines at various wind parks in the country with loads of up to 110-tones, at at height of 120 m. The seven new cranes will add to the five units Sanghi Movers has in its fleet. In 2015, Terex Cranes delivered eight CC 2800-1 cranes, and in 2016, the company delivered five CC 3800-1 cranes. Sanghi Movers has come to have 12 CC 3800-1 cranes and 21 CC 2800-2 cranes, making it the largest global fleet owner for Demag products.
