Bangalore based logistics start-up, LetsTransport, is planning to expand its operations to ten new cities. Specialising in the provision of last mile logistics, the company started operations in the NCR region with focus on industrial towns. Planning to expand operations to 50 per cent of the existing small and medium logistics hubs in India, the company, claimed industry sources, is in advanced stages of raising funds. A Japanese venture capital firm, Rebright Partners, is claimed to have provided the resources needed. Operating a business-to-business model by offering intra-city services, LetsTransport offers customised logistics solutions and has close to 300 registered trucks. It is said to handle 7,000 deliveries a month.
